I want to start off by saying that I don’t usually blog sneak peeks but I’m actually going to start this year. I’ve always thought I would wait until the end and yes, you do get new favourites as you work through the shots but the sneak peeks are often the ones that grab you when you first look through. I haven’t even looked through my second shooters shots from the day and I’m sure there will be some gorgeous groom prep shots in there. But I wanted to get these guys some sneak peeks over as they were so excited to seem them so here we are. Oops. That was a bit of a ramble. Moving on!

Abi & Andrew got married at Bartley Lodge Hotel on the edge of The New Forest on Saturday and WOW! The weather was absolutely stunning. When I met with Abi to discuss the final wedding plans she was adamant that it wasn’t going to rain. Being a February wedding I tried to encourage her to plan for it but no, she said it hadnt rained on 23rd February in 10 years (thats some research!) and that it won’t rain on her day. So when I turned up for bridal prep she was full of “I told you so!”.
Abi was the epitome of a happy bride, she was practically bursting to marry Andrew! We all had a little dance (to not entirely appropriate wedding songs - my fault, my playlist!) as we were waiting in the bridal suite before her interview with the registrars.
The ceremony was perfect and Abi perfectly forgot her words as she was too busy looking at Andy to even listen to what she was meant to be saying. Apparently typically her and it raised a few laughs.
The grounds of Bartley Lodge provided a lovely sunny backdrop for wedding photos and I’m just so thrilled that this lovely couple got the day they deserved.
