Outdoor Photography at Sunset // Arlo & Isla

I first met this family at a wedding where I was the photographer. I was excited when this shoot finally went ahead, due to the weather there were a number or reschedules. But look at the sun! We specifically wanted a summer evening with blazing sun and weren’t about to compromise.

I took them to a favourite spot of mine in Hampshire. It was a little before golden hour but the kids were getting tired so we pushed ahead a little earlier. Arlo & Isla were thrilled to be running around instead of getting ready for bed!

As with all my sessions, I wanted the images to be natural and fun, capturing the essence of their little personalities. There were lots of running races, big family cuddles and apple picking, all whilst the sun was ablaze.
